Due to the nature of personal care and fragrance items, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on purchases unless the item received is defective. All sales are considered final once the product has been delivered in good condition.

3. Defect Verification Process

Upon receiving your claim, our Customer Care team will ask for details of the defect and may request photographs or videos of the product in question. If the defect is confirmed, we will either issue a replacement or offer a refund, based on your preference and product availability.

4. Return Instructions for Verified Defects

If our Customer Care team confirms the defect and approves the return, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product. Please note:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Only products confirmed as defective by our Customer Care team are eligible for return or replacement.

5. Replacement or Refund

  • Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a replacement will be shipped out to you free of charge (subject to availability).
  • Refund: If a refund is requested and approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the item is returned and inspected.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a defect is confirmed, Ocean Musk will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the product is returned without prior confirmation of a defect, Ocean Musk reserves the right to refuse the return.

7. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Claims based on personal preferences or fragrance suitability are not eligible for returns or refunds, as fragrance perception is subjective.
